I am a therapist. A ongoing learner, wisdom seeker, question asker. And I am passionate about our individual and collective wellbeing. I believe that much of our healing and growth happens in relationship and I've witnessed the ways meaningful connection in therapy can bring about positive change.
I am also deeply curious and interested in the various ways we grow and heal. For me, this has included body based practices, emotion-focus, mindfulness, and movement. And so I listen. And ask. And read. And practice.
(I listen to teachers, mentors, others, you... I ask questions of others and myself...I read widely, with multiple books on the go...I practice yoga, breathwork, stillness, free movement dance...and more).
Sensing a deep interconnectedness of mind, body, heart, and spirit fosters my curiosity and awe - and informs my therapy work as well.
Whatever your journey, we all deserve spaces and relationships where we feel free to be real, to be ourselves and to experience deep acceptance and connection.
